The ground rules for using Rural Work Link.

1. Agreement and operator

Rural Work Link is operated by Ingram AG Services LLC, doing business as Rural Work Link (collectively, “Rural Work Link,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing the site, creating an account, submitting a listing or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Rural Work Link for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity under your account.

3. What Rural Work Link provides

Rural Work Link is a regional information and advertising platform for jobs, business profiles, services, equipment, available capacity and sponsorships. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, we are not an employer, staffing agency, broker, contractor, equipment dealer, lender, insurer, escrow agent or party to transactions between users.

4. Listings and review

You retain responsibility for your listing and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce and promote its text, logos and images for operating and marketing Rural Work Link. All listings may be reviewed before or after publication. We may approve, reject, edit for formatting, request changes, suspend or remove content that violates our Listing Rules, law, safety standards or the integrity of the service. Payment does not guarantee publication.

5. Prices, billing and renewals

Current prices and package details appear on the Pricing page. One-time listings generally remain active for 30 days and expire automatically unless repurchased. Monthly and annual featured-profile subscriptions, and monthly sponsorships, renew automatically through Stripe until cancelled. Annual featured profiles receive 12 months for the price of 10. You authorize the displayed charge, applicable taxes and recurring charges disclosed at checkout.

You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid benefits ordinarily remain available through the current billing term. Failed or reversed payments may pause or end paid benefits. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. No guarantees; user diligence

We do not guarantee applicants, hires, leads, work, sales, availability, qualifications, licensing, insurance, identity, payment or results. “Verified” or “Featured” indicates only the review or placement described on the site; it is not an endorsement or guarantee. Users must independently evaluate counterparties, contracts, credentials, permits, insurance, equipment condition, safety, compensation and legal requirements before acting.

7. Calculators and informational content

Calculators and other content provide planning estimates only. Results may contain errors or depend on assumptions and are not agronomic, chemical-label, engineering, legal, tax, payroll, lending or financial advice. Confirm product labels, laws, professional advice and actual operating conditions before making decisions.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, scrape or copy it at scale, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, submit unlawful or deceptive content, harvest contact data, send spam, bypass payment or access controls, or use the service to discriminate unlawfully. Our Listing Rules are incorporated into these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Rural Work Link name, branding, site design, software and original content belong to us or our licensors. Except for ordinary use of the service, no rights are transferred to you. You represent that you have permission to use everything you submit.

10. Third-party services

The service may use or link to third parties, including Stripe for payment processing and hosting, email and analytics providers. Their services and policies may apply separately. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rural Work Link and Ingram AG Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or harm arising from user dealings. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to that claim during the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Rural Work Link and Ingram AG Services LLC from claims, losses and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your transactions with others or your violation of these Terms or law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content or decline service when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, payment issues or policy enforcement. Provisions that should logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity—will survive.

14. Governing law and changes

Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Texas will be the venue for disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date and, when changes are material, providing reasonable notice.
