What featured means
Priority placement above standard listings, a visible badge, enhanced treatment, and priority inclusion in relevant email and social promotions. Featured placement does not guarantee leads, applicants, sales or hiring outcomes.
Renewal and expiration
Thirty-day listings automatically leave public view at expiration and remain dormant in the customer dashboard for renewal. Manual renewal is the default. Any future auto-renew option must be expressly selected and can be cancelled through Stripe. Failed or unverified payment never extends a listing.
Refunds
A paid listing may be refunded only when the request is submitted within three calendar days after the listing goes live. Reaching a payment-success page does not publish a listing; Stripe must first verify payment and Rural Work Link must approve the content.
